Here's The Intellectual Property Right Of 1st Party Claims

Intellectual property (IP) is a legal term that refers to creations of the mind. Examples of intellectual property include words, phrases, symbols, designs etc...   The thinking is that creators will not have sufficient incentive to invent unless they are legally entitled to capture the full social value of their inventions". The intellectual property found in words is desirable because it encourages thought analysis which inspires innovation to perspective. acknowledges the one giving the 1st party claim; and organizes it in a way to keep the one providing the claim engaged. We need them engaged in continued problem finding and solution validation. Because it’s true that a Copyright does not cover ideas and information themselves; but it does cover the form or manner in which they are expressed. The ability to set the policies that help you track, audit and identify when your 1st party claim is being misdirected, manipulated, misaligned or stolen.

Targeting Accu-Points For 1st Party Claim Collection

The way that advocacy for the average person works is changing. The constant stream of disengagement, avoidance and low expectation has forced innovation of the citizen advocacy model.  The plan for lifting the voice of individuals with the 1st party experience or claim was dismissed routinely. Before the start of networking and the subsequent values bestowed on the 1st party claims. The targets for collecting those claims were not openly considered.
